Boxing day with my friends from rugby

What’s the best than a boxing session to train the top of the body between the matches for staying fit.

With my friends Maxime and Dimitri, we have been trying for 2 hours, focus on the first part about basic work out, and the second part oriented more to boxing to bring a little bit of fun.
